Personalised products can take a further 48 hours before dispatched for delivery, please write to us in the notes if you need it dispatched the same day. For deliveries within London, we offer same day or next day delivery services through Quiver couriers. Standard deliveries to the rest of the UK take around 2-3 days and we also ship internationally. Please note we can not accept returns of personalised products, but for non-personalised products, please return within a month.

Please note between November 1st and December 20th we recommend placing your order 4-5 working days before you require delivery. We can not accept returns of personalised products, but for non-personalised products, returns of orders placed within the Christmas period can be returned to us up until the end of January 2020.
