International Shipments

Prices are based on country destination and up to 7.5kg in weight. Customs charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are beyond our control. 

Personalisation takes less than 2 days on average

• Most of our products can be engraved in store and if not they can be sent to our workshop and engraved within 48 hours.
• Often items are personalised and shipped the day you order.

We also personalise in store while you wait.. 

At times of christmas and other high volume, please make sure you order at least 4 working days in advance. 

Your shipment options

Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via DHL Standard with tracking and require a signature. We also offer DHL UK Next Working Day delivery with a required signature and DHL International delivery outside of the UK. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects. Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.
